| How to cancel a subscription |

Users can cancel their paid subscriptions in their Paypal account. Each subscription has a Paypal subscription ID which is shown on the subscription detail page. Users are able to search for the subscriptions in their Paypal account with the subscription IDs and cancel them. Once a subscription is cancelled, its status becomes “cancelled”. Since the user has paid for a full recurring payment cycle, the group settings have not been changed yet. He is still treated as a paid subscriber. Once the subscription period is expired, the system changes the subscription status to “expired” and reverses the group settings of the user if the product settings require so. |
